LARR Management Corporation provides results-driven advisement and negotiation services to support and enhance Indigenous business and community development. Our approach is based on solid organizational analysis, financial analysis, strategic planning, business negotiations, industry and government relations, and extensive industry research. We utilize highly advanced skills in project management and control measures, team management, risk management, budget management, and quality management.

The Principals have extensive experience in advising and assisting Indigenous business start-ups, joint ventures and partnerships. Our strength is negotiating with industry on behalf of Indigenous communities and assisting in securing sustainable opportunities. We have negotiated Impact Benefit Agreements (IBAs) and Mutual Benefit Agreements (MBAs) on behalf of Chief and Council for Indigenous communities throughout Western Canada. These agreements ensure that Indigenous communities are fairly compensated for projects located on their traditional lands.

In addition to advising and negotiating services, the Principals have managed several successful corporations and have first-hand experience working in Alberta’s energy sector at the executive level, managing large operations with significant scope and budgets.
